We had a very busy beginning of this week. On Monday, my mom, grandma, Amy, Austin, Gwyneth, and Killian came up to visit me! We had lots of fun just hanging out, going to a quilting store, eating some delish Chick-fil-a, throwing pennies into the fountain at Short Pump, and riding the "excalators." It was so much fun! Thanks guys for coming up!
After they left, I got a call from Mom H. The whole fam was going to be coming up on Tuesday, but they decided to crash us on Monday night! Woohoo! It was a blast! We gave Dad & Mom H. our bedroom and then all of us kids camped out in the family room. On Tuesday, we slept in, ate a yummy breakfast of bacon, eggs, and cantaloupe(thanks mom!), then headed out to Belle Isle. It was so much fun! Bobby and I had never been down there, but had heard tons about it. Basically its this little island downtown with trails and huge rocks in the river that you can explore. So that's what we did...we forded the James River! Sooo fun! Here are some pics of the two days!
