Franklin...the newest member of our family! Yes, yes, we bought a fish...amazing isn't it.
For those of you who know Bobby you're probably thinking about Sharkbait, and Sharkbait 2...hopefully Franklin's fate will be a little better than theirs! ;)
Franklin, poor guy, has had a very rough life since moving in with us. We got him on Saturday, and we bought this sweet pedastal glass vase/candleholder(kinda like this...without the candle of course)
at Pier 1 for him to live in. We got him a plant, some nifty rocks and everything! We got home and set up his humble, yet stylish abode. It was sweet! And Franklin, I must say, was very happy in his little fish bowl. Well...not five minutes after setting Frankie up...we heard a huge CRASH! The fish bowl/vase thing had exploded! Yup that's right...exploded! There was glass, rocks, and water EVERYWHERE and little Frankie was just flopping away on our bookshelf! Bobby quickly scooped him into a cup of water...where he stayed until we tranferred him to a larger glass vase that I have...no pedastal this time. So...pretty much we deducted that the pedastal couldn't stand the weight of the water and rocks...and just decided to explode. It was crazy!!! Absolutely crazy!
Franklin is enjoying his new home now...finally...poor little fish is going to be all screwed up. Bobby already says that Frankie has a complex because he is a male and pinkish purple...oh well...what can you do?

HAHA that's funny stuff. Poor little guy. At least he didn't have to live in the back of a toilet like our little Petey when he was under the care of Steve and Brock. Turtle abuse...Petey definately has a complex.
How fun...well not the exploding pedestal and Franklin's complex, but the rest! I've thought about getting a fish...
